It does cost more than couple bucks to send a "solo ad" because it is a very top quality list of subscribers. It is not sent to safelist boxes. These are buyers and personal email boxes.

This is EZINE advertising - not compiled from safelists. There is a BIG difference between an optin "ezine" (electronic magazine) collected from real subscribers on a website. Safelist solo advertising is good but are collected their subscribers from people posting on ffa pages, safelists and the members usually have email boxes jammed with safelist emails.
